What you'll do
- ·Roll fresh pasta daily from 7am once we open
- ·Run the pasta station during dinner service
- ·Shape the section in the months before doors open
What we're looking for
- ·2+ years in a working kitchen
- ·Comfortable on the line during full service
- ·Can commit to 6-day weeks after opening
